Rights of the interested

Pursuant to the same article 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, number 196 and articles 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 one has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.

Changes to these privacy policies
The Company periodically checks its privacy and security policies and, if necessary, revises them in relation to regulatory, organizational or technological changes. In case of policy changes, the new version will be published on this page of the site.

Newsletter policy
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Italian Privacy Code) and Article 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data, freely given by you, will be processed by us mainly by computer means for the sole purpose of following up your application for registration to our automated newsletter containing material relating to the activity of Mos Country House. The provision of your personal data is free. However, failure to provide them will not allow us to subscribe you to our newsletter on services, prices and offers of the structure.
If you decide to provide us with your data, we inform you that these will be processed exclusively by personnel authorized by Facchini Gianmaria – data controller – and only the time necessary to pursue the aforementioned purpose will be stored.
